Happy Halloweenie!

Isn't Halloween the best? Your toddler screams at having his Winnie the Pooh ears put on, can't fit into the car seat, crawls around on the nice carpet with a green sucker (the teenage girls at Happy House meant well), keeps losing his Pooh feet.....but he is the cutest Winnie the Pooh impersonator in the entire free world. Go ahead and argue with me.

We are considering putting the Pooh costume on under his clothes for the 15 month doctor visit. Is that bad parenting?

Sitting so nice and attentive for story time at Happy House. (FYI: Happy House is a program put on by our YMCA. They advertise as the "happy alternative to a scary Halloween" run by 14 and 15 year old girls who I thought were going to kidnap my son.)

I think the real Winnie the Pooh was a bit miffed about being upstaged. But what could he do? He was stuck in the tree.

At Happy House, Jackson takes a walk through Candy Land with a little help from Mommy. I told the helpers that he does in fact know his colors, he was just being a little shy.

Jackson's friend Alex offers me his grape sucker. He was supposed to be dressed as Piglet. What a rip-off.
