A weekend of firsts!

This weekend was a weekend of firsts: Jackson's first charity walk, first trip to the zoo, and first ride on a merry-go- round.

Here is a picture of our team for the walk. Together we raised over $1500 for the March of Dimes.

Here are Jackson and his friend Alex, getting ready to begin the walk. Alex is the main reason we did the walk. He was born 7 weeks early and wouldn't be the baby he is today without wonderful organizations like the March of Dimes.

Jackson says:

"Wow! Those are some big cats, Mom!"

"I don't know what we're doing, but it's FUN!"

"This does not mean I love my dada more!"

I was on spring break this week. Gorgeous 65-75 degree weather and I was.......doing report cards. Yuck. We took Jackson to the park for the first time. Forgot our camera. But we did get a picture of him riding in the BIG BOY part of the stroller for the first time.



Jackson says:

"I can hold my own bottle now!"

"And I can clap my hands!"

"That's all folks......next week I turn 8 months and we are all going to walk for my friend Alex in the March of Dimes March for Babies. See ya next time!"
